Zoe is joins us from the Sport Ireland Mentorship Programme where she has played an active role in the development of elite athletes, contributing to their preparation for major competitions, including the European Junior and U23 Championships, World Championships, and the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Zoe holds a Swim Ireland Level 3 Head Coach qualification and brings a results-driven yet processfocused approach to her coaching. She values teamwork, athlete-centred development, and building strong relationships with all members.
