Marcin Paszek

Development Head Coach

I have been involved in swimming for most of my life. Since the age of 7 I joined my first swimming club, which I represented one year later on my very first gala.

In 2012 I moved to Wales where I joined Swansea Aquatics club. I retired from swimming two years later and started coaching as an Assistant coach in Swansea Aquatics.

It is my lifelong ambition to become a coach, after retiring from competitive swimming to share my knowledge about swimming and experience that I gained in nearly 20 years.

Regardless of it being good or bad , I want to help young swimmers avoid mistakes I've made and help them to achieve their goals and to be the best they can.

In 2017 I graduated in Sports Management and joined Enfield swim squad in North London as head coach assistant in February 2018, to become Head coach of Staines swimming club in September 2019.

I represented Poland on European Junior Championships in 2007 and many other international swim meets with national team until late 2011.
